Ariana Madix has been a reality TV fan-favorite ever since making her debut on Vanderpump Rules. Her fame has only intensified thanks to “Scandoval” and with her arrival as the new host of Love Island USA comes speculation about what work she’s done to her face.
Ariana debuted on Vanderpump in season 2, but it wasn’t until 2023 that she hit the mainstream, so to speak. Her boyfriend of nine years, Tom Sandoval, had been discovered having an affair with Ariana’s best friend, Rachel Leviss. It went viral. “It was like the air was sucked out of my lungs. It was shock, disbelief on some level, but then also anger,” she told Glamour.

Emerging the darling, Ariana turned the scandal into opportunity. As the new host of Love Island USA, the show has experienced its most-watched season ever. With that, though, comes speculation about her appearance, and after an injector and aesthetic PA-C (so says her Instagram bio) shared photos of Ariana “before and after,” the reality TV star set the record straight on what work she’s had done.

Instagram user Molly Bailey shared photos of Ariana during her premiere season of Vanderpump compared to now, speculating that “stunning injectables have entered the villa,” in the caption. “Ariana continues to show the Love Island world how cosmetic work can preserve and enhance and not age and distort,” speculating that she’s had volume replacement filler, Botox, and lip filler.
Taking to the comments section, Ariana made a very honest correction. “i’ll tell you what i’ve had! you’re partially correct,” she wrote on July 17. “tox in 11’s, outer brow, and my neck. ellevate for my neck in 2019 by @theneckdoctor. minimal lip filler bc my face is too small to handle very much and filler in my chin. absolutely no filler anywhere else and def no bleph yet ❤️❤️ hope this helps! i’ll keep yall posted if i do anything else. [sic]” (Bleph is short for Blepharoplasty, which modifies the eye area.)
Fans were elated at how transparent she was and even the original content creator said Ariana is just cut different from other celebrities. “She’s the first celeb to comment on a ‘What Have They Had?’ video to confirm her work and shout out her provider instead of denying everything and asking for it to be removed,” she wrote in a follow-up post.
“These posts are all about starting conversations regarding cosmetic procedures and breaking the stigma of cosmetic work. There’s no shame in our cosmetic game and Ariana is leading by example. All while looking as hot as ever. I bow down!”
We, too, love a transparent Queen.
